Here's how it works.

First, sign up as an affiliate of the program.

Next, email information about the site to other recruiters you know. Do you know other recruiters through your trade association, through your splits network, or through linked-in? If so then use the marketing materials in your affiliate log in that will link them back to our site through your affiliate link.

Then, collect recurring revenues. Each time someone signs up to become a monthly subscriber to the site, and as long as they stay a member, then you will receive thirty percent of their monthly investment in the program.

As long as they are members, then you will receive residual income from their membership.
